Online Exceptional General Assembly - 9th November 2024

Dear IKS Friends,

As we informed you at the repeated online General Assembly in August and in its Minutes, a third member for the Election Committee 2025 was missing.
The Board requested Kata Körtvési and she accepted to become a member and the chair of the Election Committee 2025. Her appointment needs the approval of the Membership.

To this end, an online Exceptional General Assembly will be held on 9 November 2024 where this will be the only item on the agenda. You can cast your vote via an online voting system. The system will be open on 3 November 2024 and close on 9 November 2024.

Only members in good standing will receive the link on 3 November from the IKS Office. If you do not receive the link, please contact the IKS Office.

If the number of participants is less than the majority (the half+1) of paid-up members, another voting will be held between 10 and 11 November 2024 (Repeated online Exceptional General Assembly).
In that case, the result is valid without having the majority.
